Do you inspect the finished products?
- Yes, each step of production and finished products will be came out inspection by QC department before shipping.

Do you send Samples for free?
- Some watch straps are free, but for customizd watch bands, we need to charge sample fee. The sample fee could be refund in the next order(the quantity need to meet our MOQ)

Can I brand with my logo on your products?
- Yes.Both OEM and ODM are accepted.Please email us and let us know your logo or design.

What is your delivery time( production period)?
- 1-5 days for samples and within 15 days for bulk production.
